Man - Down Cross

I was wondering if anyone had tournament play on this line: 11-15 23-18 8-11 27-23 12-16. I read that Mac Banks played this and was successful back in 2001 or 2002.

Here's what I found:

(1) Hallman,W. - Young,C.W.
US National 1934, 00-00-1934

1.11-15 23-18 2.8-11 27-23 3.12-16 24-19 4.15x24 28x12 5.10-14 22-17 6.7-10 17-13 7.4-8 25-22 8.11-16 32-28 9.8-11 28-24 10.16-20 29-25 11.20x27 31x24 12.2-7 24-20 13.3-8 12x3 14.14-17 21x14 15.10x17 3x10 16.6x15 13x6 17.1x10 22x13 18.15x31 23-19 19.31-27 19-16 20.11-15 16-11 21.27-23 11-7 22.15-18 25-22 23.18x25 30x21 24.23-18 7-2 25.10-14 0-2

To me it looks like a handicap line to give odds, nothing more, similar to the Charleston 1. 9-14 21-17 or 1. 10-14 21-17, which is also "published play", but should never become "pacticed played" if you want to compete on the same level as your oppponent.
