Having recently been looking over old games from Prague 2005 i was intrigued to find this Holmes V Morrison game which i remember at the time distinctly looking at as it was played (i even wrote it down a a scrap of paper which i afterwards lost) however it was published after in the ICHF 2006 checkers book ..............this confirmed my thoughts at the time that Morrison was in fact in a loss having played the dubious 3227??? and Holmes somehow managed to lose !! I am puzzled, Tommy.
You wrote that there was an amazing escape, but yet your lines also claim the red win after 32-27...
So where is the catch?

BTW the whole game with the remark that 32-27 loses, can also be found in Jim Loy's book "Prague 2005".

I can only persume that Jim was not remembering the line given as drawn ín Ketchum's book as corretly. There, 25-22 is given and only after 9-13 white draws with 32-27.
Maybe it was just a memory slip.
