Special books given away at Medina,Ohio

Postby Alan Millhone on Thu Jul 06, 2006 7:36 pm

Hello everyone:

Books seems to be a hot topic of late on this forum:-) Some time before the Medina Nationals I received in the mail a box of books from Mr. Victor Niederhoffer. He authored 'THE EDUCATION OF A SPECULATOR" which contains a full chapter on board games and how they affected his life. He pays special tribute to Mr. Tommie Wiswell and lists may of Tommie's " Wiswellisms" . The other book he co-authored with Ms. Laurel Kenner on the stock market and investing called " PRACTICAL SPECULATIONS ". I took two of each along (signed by Mr. Niederhoffer) and presented a copy of each to our two referee's Mr. Don Brattin and Mr. Leon Creek. Both books are very professionally done and come with a colorful dust cover. Mr. Niederhoffer and Ms. Kenner have an award winning web site at http://www.dailyspeculations.com (worth a vist sometime).

Sincerely:
Alan Millhone, President
