John Cardie book

Postby Bob Murr on Tue Jun 19, 2007 9:55 pm

John Cardie has published a new book for children and granddads. This is a beginner's book to teach some basic strategy and stimulate creative thinking.
John has given these strategies some unique names to help kids remember them. The book is intended to be a fun book to read and create an interest in checkers by our younger generation.
If you are interested, please send me a private message. John is in the process of creating a website to make the book available on line.
John's website is http://www.checkerscreateskings.com/

I want to thank Martin Fierz for allowing us to use his Checkerboard program to make the diagrams in this book.
