I understand Alex and thank you for the information. What to set up a private table on http://www.playok.com/ please remember that the person who set up a private table invites all people. Give two examples.

Krzysztof - Testprogramu assumes private table.

In this case, you have to invite Alex and your friends.

Alex - rusms1 assumes private table.

In this case, you need to invite Krzysztof's and your friends.

Therefore, I think you gave nicknames to know their friends on http://www.playok.com to invite them to a private room, and so Ryan Pronk and Chexhero. If you have some friends who would like to watch match, please write. Therefore, I You I invited to show the match that has the name of the "Alex vs machine" so I invite You together with your friends. So little asked Alex to you during the game will be a few short breaks to load a new program to your computer.

List programs in the order of with which You play during the match.

1. Sage - Adrian Millett
2. Aurora Borealis Professional - Alexander Svirin
3. Nexus - Murray Cash
4. World Championship Checkers Platinum III - Gil Dodgen & Edward Trice
5. Gui Checkers - Jon Kreuzer
6. Cake - Martin Fierz
7. Kingsrow - Edgar Gilbert

Krzysztof.

Tomorrow my opponents will be Nexus and WCC.

Today was a bit more bloody day - I missed a win against NEXUS in 1st game and lost 2nd game to it. All other games today including 4 games against Platinum 3 WCC finished with draw. Score in match "Alex vs machine": machine won 1 game and 15 draws.

Next Saturday I will play with GUI Checkers and Cake and next Sunday I will play with Kingsrow.

All games eventually will be available to public.

Kind regards,

Seeing these fascinating results, I want to echo something another poster has said.

Great champions are secure in their own abilities. Alex is showing willingness to take on top computer programs, win or lose, knowing, I am sure, that no result will ever detract from his reputation and record of accomplishment.

Some chess grandmasters would only agree to play top programs under strictly defined conditions intended to "equalize" the matches. Alex just goes out there and plays. That takes courage, confidence, and sportsmanship.

Alex is indeed a genuine champion.

In the checkers world, we call this having "the warrior spirit." The Russian bear has it. :D

I'm sorry that so write Alex but this will be a big problem. I did not write a lot on your hard drive thinking that the games will be saved on http://www.playok.com. Unfortunately, the games were not ranked and not stored on the server. Now I think what to do with it and nothing comes to mind. We sincerely apologize Alex.

Just got email from my long time friend Ryan Pronk ... WOW ... this is amazing! Russian proverb says: "Manuscript do not burn" and we have one more prove again.

Today I played 4 draws with GUI Checkers and lost 1 game to Cake (3 draws). Total score: 22 draws, machine won 2 games.

Lucky Cake - we've got 2nd opening Black Hole!
